Can I preview the artwork prior to printing?

Absolutely! Within 3 business days of your order, we’ll provide you with a digital representation, known as a proof, of your custom pet portrait. We require your approval on this proof before proceeding with printing and dispatching. Should you desire any adjustments to ensure the portrait aligns with your vision, we’re eager to accommodate your requests until you’re 100% satisfied!
What makes a good photo?

1.) Ensure the photo is captured in a brightly lit setting, preferably in natural light without any filters.

2.) Opt for a close-up, frontal shot that prominently displays the pet’s ears, head, neck, and chest. This helps in achieving a detailed crop of your pet’s face. It’s best to avoid photos where your pet is lying down.

3.) Steer clear of shots taken from above or those that are out of focus.

What size canvas should I choose?

Choosing the perfect canvas size hinges on its intended display area. Our canvases are available in a multitude of dimensions. An 8″ x 10″ may suit a compact area or desk, whereas a spacious wall could shine with a 24″ x 36″ canvas. Regardless of dimensions, each canvas boasts a consistent thickness of 1.25″, ensuring a robust and lasting showcase. For additional guidance, refer to our comprehensive Size Guide.

And remember, our prints come ready to hang with two rubber dots on the bottom of the canvas ensuring that it stays in place when hung. Back hanging is also included for convenient placement.

How much are your charges?

We currently offer FREE shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and European countries.

We charge $15 flat rate shipping to EFTA/Northern Europe

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not shipping to the rest of the world.

Returns & Refunds

Am I able to cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Because our portraits are tailored to individual preferences, we initiate work on orders shortly after they’re received. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to support@newpitbull.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Regrettably, after the 12-hour window, order cancellations cannot be accommodated.
