Returns and Replacements Policy

Given the bespoke nature of our products, we regretfully cannot offer refunds or accept returns.

Should your artwork arrive in a compromised state, we are more than willing to dispatch a replacement canvas.

To qualify for a replacement, we ask that you send us a photograph of the damaged canvas along with the packaging in which it was delivered.

Please reach out to us via email at support@newpitbull.com to initiate this process. We assure you that we will expedite the creation of your new portrait.

Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you examine your artwork. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us without delay. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and take corrective measures.
